Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made, bespoke, and altered garments are considered final sale, unless a production error has occurred.
- Accessories and sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@glyzoracrest.com or calling +63 947 168 5306. Please include your order number and a brief reason for your request.
- For damaged or defective items, kindly attach clear photos to your email so we can address the issue promptly.
- We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns must be shipped back to us in their original condition.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong order was sent.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the original item in acceptable condition.
- For out-of-stock items, you may choose a replacement or opt for a refund.
Special Notes
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (except for defective items) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Bespoke and altered garments are made to your measurements and preferences, so we are unable to accept returns except in the case of production errors. We are happy to make necessary adjustments to ensure the best fit.
