Shopping & Orders

• All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include delivery or courier fees unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are processed only after payment is received, except for approved Cash on Delivery transactions.
• Product availability is confirmed at the time of order. In rare cases where an item is no longer available, we will contact you to offer alternatives or arrange a prompt refund.
• For bespoke or custom-made garments, additional fittings and adjustments may be required. Any extra charges will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payment & Security

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, GCash, credit/debit cards, and approved cash on delivery. Payment instructions will be provided after order confirmation.
• Your payment data is handled securely using trusted third-party providers. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We make every effort to deliver orders promptly and will update you in case of delays.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and preferred courier.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items as described in our Refund Policy.
• Custom, bespoke, and altered garments are non-refundable except in cases of production error. We are happy to offer adjustments for proper fit.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours of receiving the payment link may be automatically cancelled to allow inventory for other clients.
